I'm Angela. I’m a fully qualified & insured Yoga and Reiki teacher, as well as a Breathwork practitioner.
I'm also a bodywork therapist, specialising in Ayurvedic, Thai and Holistic treatments.
Working in holistic health worldwide, since 1998.
My aim is to share knowledge, inspiration & facilitation for you to realise your full potential as a healthy, vibrant and conscious being.

Angela teaches and treats online and in a couple of venues within 15 mins drive of Canterbury. Both are beautiful, surrounded by nature with free parking.
